Tommy’s utility superintendent role focuses on the infrastructure that supports a project. His work connects crews, existing conditions, and the construction sequence around the utility work taking shape below grade. Much of that effort will eventually be out of sight, which makes planning and coordination especially important. The goal is to give the work above it a well-considered foundation.
