Aaron’s concrete superintendent role connects the crew’s hands-on work with the planning and coordination behind it. Concrete asks for careful preparation, a clear sequence, and people working together when the work is underway. His role brings attention to those connections, from the details before a placement to the care that shapes the finished result and the work that follows.
